hey there
I'm Kelly
Chaos tamer, Business wrangler, Toddler negotiator.
I run my own business, support women building theirs, and somehow keep two toddlers from turning my house into a full-on toy apocalypse. (Most days.)
Life is messy. Businesses are too.
That’s kind of my specialty.
I help women bring calm, structure, and clarity to the behind-the-scenes parts of their business so things actually work without you losing your mind or your coffee.

A little backstory...
(the relevant kind)
Before I started doing this for myself, I was the person behind the scenes for someone else’s business.
The fixer.
The organizer.
The “don’t worry, I’ve got it” person.
I was really good at it.
And I was really tired.
Long hours. Always thinking ahead. Carrying responsibility that never fully shut off. Being the one who remembered everything so everything looked fine from the outside.
Then COVID hit. I wanted to start a family. And let’s just say appreciation was not exactly flowing.
So I did what a lot of capable women do.
I said, “Fine. I’ll do this myself.”
That’s when I realized something important about running a business.
It is not about doing it all. It is about having the right support, smart systems, and someone who knows how to keep the chaos from taking over while you focus on what actually moves things forward.
Where I am now
Now I run my own business, support amazing clients, and have with two toddlers who could easily give Cirque du Soleil a run for their money.
I’ve built a business that keeps me sane, productive, and actually present for the moments that matter. And I help other women do the same thing inside their businesses.
Not by overhauling everything.
Not by handing you systems you hate.
Not by telling you to hustle harder.
But by stepping in, making sense of what’s messy, and helping your business run better behind the scenes.

What it's Like to Work with Me
Think of me as the partner who:
-
actually understands what you’re juggling
-
notices the things slipping through the cracks
-
can take over backend chaos without missing a beat
-
knows how to think ahead so you don’t have to
I’m calm, but I’m direct.
I’ll tell you the truth without making it awkward.
I’ll laugh with you when things feel ridiculous.
And I will treat your business like it matters. Because it does.
You don’t need to micromanage me.
You don’t need to be perfectly organized first.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
Support should feel steady, not stressful.

More about me...
(Important information if we’re about to become business besties)

Surviving toddler life one episode at a time.
Things I Need to Function
Life Necessities
-
Coffee. Always. Medium roast, light with half & half.
-
Diet Dr. Pepper. Non-negotiable.
-
A cute notebook. Does it fix the chaos? No. Does it help? Also no. Still buying it.
-
Quiet moments. Usually found hiding in the pantry, bathroom, or my office pretending to work.
-
A good playlist. Anything from 90s jams to toddler-approved bangers.
-
A sense of humor. If we can’t laugh, I’m not interested.
Random But Important Facts
-
Huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. No, I’m not from Pittsburgh. Yes, I’m still loyal.
-
My love for John Cena is real, unwavering, and needs no explanation.
-
I randomly burst into song. Half the lyrics are wrong. Confidence is high.
-
Office supplies are my kryptonite. Do I need them? No. Will I buy them anyway? Absolutely.
-
If it's pink and/or a bow...I MUST own it.
Fair Warning
If we work together:
-
I will care about your business like it’s my own.
-
I will hype you up when you need it.
-
I will gently call you out when you’re doing too much.
-
And yes, we’ll probably become business besties. It just kind of happens.
Meet My Chaos Crew

If you're wondering if we'd be a good fit...
Let me put it this way,
If you’ve ever thought:
“I love my business, but I don’t want to keep doing all of this alone”
You’re probably in the right place.
You don’t need to be drowning.
You don’t need to be at a certain level.
You just need to know you want support that actually feels supportive.
Ready to talk it through?
No sales pitch. No awkward energy.
Just a real conversation about what you need and whether it makes sense to work together.
